The agreement between you and Nougah.

1. Who we are

Nougah is a marriage and matchmaking service operated by CloudAura LLC ("Nougah", "we", "us"). These Terms of Use form a binding agreement between you and CloudAura LLC governing your use of the Nougah app and the nougah.com website (together, the "Service").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into this agreement, and seeking marriage in good faith. You must not have been previously banned from Nougah or be barred from using the Service under applicable law. Nougah is intended for serious, marriage-minded adults.

3. Your account

You register with your phone number and verify it with a one-time code. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping access to it secure. The information you provide must be truthful, and you may be asked to complete identity and liveness verification to keep the community authentic.

4. Community rules & conduct

When using Nougah, you agree not to:

• ✕Impersonate anyone, create fake profiles, or provide false information.
• ✕Harass, threaten, deceive, or harm other members.
• ✕Post unlawful, sexually explicit, hateful, or offensive content.
• ✕Solicit money, advertise, or use Nougah for any commercial or non-marriage purpose.
• ✕Attempt to access, scrape, or disrupt the Service or other members' data.

You also agree to follow our Community Guidelines. You may report or block members who break these rules.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, text, and other content you submit. You grant Nougah a limited license to host, display, and share that content as needed to operate the Service (for example, showing your profile to potential matches). You are responsible for the content you post and confirm you have the right to share it.

6. Subscriptions, coins & payments

Nougah offers paid subscriptions and coins. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date, which you do through your App Store or Google Play account. Refunds are handled by the relevant app store according to its policies, except where a refund is required by law.

7. Suspension & termination

You may stop using Nougah and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you break these terms, create risk for other members, or where required by law. Some provisions — such as content licenses for content already shared, and limitations of liability — continue to apply after termination.

8. Disclaimers

Nougah helps you meet other people, but we do not conduct criminal background checks and we cannot guarantee the conduct, identity, or intentions of any member or the outcome of any match. The Service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Always use good judgment and follow our safety guidance when meeting anyone.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudAura LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
